Symphony Publishing Group is a dynamic multimedia organization with leading magazines, e-Newsletters, directories and websites serving music educators and independent retailers of musical instruments, children’s wear and footwear. Symphony Publishing Group is headquartered in Cleveland, with offices in Needham, Massachusetts and New York City.

Symphony Publishing Group’s Mission


Symphony Publishing’s mission is to develop and grow large and loyal readerships for each of its publications  and respective web sites for the ultimate purpose of helping advertisers sell their products and services to those readers.

Critical to this mission are three elements that must be in harmonious combination: readers, advertisers and associates. Like a chord with three notes, each must be in tune and equal in volume to achieve perfect harmony.

Readers
:
To achieve our sales goals we must produce the publications and web sites in the best interest of the readers being served. Without readers, our advertisers have no need for our magazines or web sites. Our associates will work to develop and grow large and loyal readerships for each media property by providing the readers with the most useful information possible.

Advertisers
:
The ultimate success of our publications and media properties will be judged by how successful our advertisers are in selling their products or services to our readers. Therefore, all of our  associates must work together to
help our advertisers achieve their sales goals.

Associates
:
It is our associates that we rely on to help our advertisers sell their products and services. It is our associates
that will produce our publications and media properties to aid the largest readership possible.

We must attract, develop and retain associates who are committed to Symphony Publishing’s mission. We
remain sensitive to the diversity of our work force and will operate in an environment where individuals will be judged and rewarded on the quality of their work and ideas.

By staying true to our mission and always keeping in mind our mutual respect for our advertisers, our 
readers and especially our associates we can secure our company’s future success and profitability.
